“Hide Your Desktop” app and video

Of course the biggest thing for us on the website lately has been the release of our “Hide Your Desktop (Hyde)” app for Mac OS X systems. It’s a great app, and at 99 cents, it’s a heck of a great price.

Along with the Hyde app, we created a fun “Hide Your Desktop” video on YouTube. It’s a fun way of demonstrating how Hyde works. Many thanks to Adam for the idea to set this all to some fun music.

Mac online backup services

We just finished an article on Mac online backup services. This is a hard one to nail down, because I think we universally agreed that the price for these services is a little too high right now.

If home Mac users will just take a wee bit of time to backup their data to DVDs a couple of times a year, that can be a much better Mac backup solution.
